For brands, empathy can be used to create customer personas. Which can help to infirm more effective targeting. In terms of marketing however, it means asking what customer truly value than what will sell.
Amnesty is an organization
that inspired people against injustice to bring the world closer to human
rights and dignity enjoyed by all. In the Public Service Announcement (PSA) of
the poster above is a PSA poster advertisement on child abuse campaign. Child abuse
have been a big topic in the society and many have tried their best to stop
this issue. Amnesty created a copy which is “He has his mother’s eyes” and the
visual of the child with a swollen eye which represent the abusement the child
receive from their caregivers. The empathy can be seen from this poster family
love that are not receive from the child. Parents are often triggered on this
poster because they have a child. Even though child abuse are often unreported
that does not mean it is not existed. This campaign is to make people realise
and know about this issue.
Bullying have always
occur since the old days until now. It is an issue that are not been settle
until now. But people known of this issue widely but are afraid to stop it because
they do not want to be the next victim. Some organization have took a step forward
for this anti bullying campaign. NAB partnering to prevent bullying had make a
tv commercial in the year 2016. The commercial shows a girl helps another girl
from bullying by voicing her voice to help her. The copy at the end of the tv
commercial is “Find a voice for someone who can’t find theirs”. The whole
commercial tells people to help those who are being bullied and together we can
prevent bullying.
